Please Note: Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging for claim purposes.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

Return Process

Refunds
